Katherine (Kat) has dedicated over 15 years to the practices of yoga and meditation. She earned her initial 200-hour teacher certification with Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee (2018–2019), where she studied safe sequencing, alignment, pranayama, and the skill of truly seeing and understanding bodies.
She completed the Vajra Yoga 300-hour Intensive Studies with Michele Loew and Robert Thurman (2022–2023), along with an additional 300 hours of advanced training in Meridian Yoga and Five-Element Theory.
Her teaching integrates yoga, qigong, meditation, breathwork, and seasonal embodiment practices to support nervous system regulation and long-term resilience. In class, Katherine invites students to cultivate both strength and ease through alignment, breath, self-inquiry, and equanimity of mind.
Designed in attunement with the energetic qualities of each season, her practices honor the body’s natural rhythms. Rooted in the exploration of nonduality and interconnection, she approaches teaching as a living process — sometimes serving as a guide, always remaining a student.
